Sand Cay is a 10-building, 60-unit resort on the north end of Longboat Key. Our work included the removal of all the stucco, re-framing of all termite and water damaged structural elements, and installation of new stucco and paint. All of the windows and exterior doors were replaced to meet current wind load requirements.
