Lake Arrowhead is a 7-building, 32-unit condominium. Our work included the removal of all the wood siding, re-framing of all damaged structural elements, and installation of new “Hardee” brand cementuous “board and batten” style siding and paint. The windows were replaced and all the carports were rebuilt to meet code.
