Hudson Oaks, near downtown Sarasota, is a 2-building, 20 unit condominium. The work included the removal of all wood siding, re-framing of all damaged structural elements, and installation of new “Hardee” brand cementuous siding and paint. New glass and aluminum railings were added to enhance views from the balconies.
