Bird Bay Village consists of multiple phases of one and two story condominiums. Questar Consruction rebuilt over 60 buildings and 400 units in all. Most of the buildings included a combination of stucco and wood siding. After repairing extensive structural termite damage, new stucco and “Hardee” siding was installed and painted.
